Information, Advocacy and Training Program (IAT)

For People with Disability, Families and Caregivers:

We provide information about programs and services available in the  CNY local community that can help you or your loved one live as independently as possible in the community.   We can help you with finding resources so you or your loved one will be successful and remain active in the community.  We will complete a comprehensive assessment to determine which services may be appropriate.  If we do not provide the service directly, we can help direct you to someone who can.

For Rehabilitation and Allied Health Professionals:

Through our sister program, Impact Plus Education, we provide  educational programs to rehabilitation and allied health professionals locally, nationally and globally in developing nations through teleconferencing, online courses and live seminars.  Learn more at
